A new Guinness world record was set in Milan. Created at Host 2013, the professional hospitality trade fair, the biggest cappuccino in the world is Milanese. The achievement was certified by a Guinness World Record judge from London. A cup with a capacity of 4,250 litres, with 800 litres of coffee and 3,500 litres of milk. To prepare the record cappuccino, complying strictly with the traditional proportions: one part coffee, one part froth and 3 parts milk, it took more than 10 hours of work by 33 expert bar staff, from 3.00 a.m. until 13.00 p.m. and the inevitable CIME espresso machines.
